Loss some weight...Feeling Great

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my recent weight loss success story. I was weighting in at 285 and walking around with a little around 28% body fat. I was getting a little tired of looking in the mirror, and thinking to myself " I wish one day I could walk around the beach and not feel like I have to wear a shirt "...IT'S THE BEACH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! I eventually came across this program and have been on it for a few month and have been seeing awesome results. I Dropped down to around 230 with about 18% and I just hit up the beach the other day with no stupid thoughts of having to cover up the grossness. I also have to say that I felt like I got a few looks here and there, coulda just been me though. Honestly, since I've been on the program its helped me feel better and be more confident with myself. If you guys want to give it a try follow the link...I tried it and I would strongly recommend it, for anyone. It helps burn fat and gain muscle in no time.

I was able to lose around 2 pounds of fat every week which, at first, I thought was a crock, but you know when I stepped on the scale the second week and saw it was 2 pounds less again I thought not bad because by this time I knew I had put muscle on and I knew I was going to stick with this. And in fact, I was able to cut out around 7% Body Fat and put on a considerable amount of muscle which helps keep metabolism up during and while not working out. Following the routine is really easy. It takes only about 45 minutes of your day and you could probably even do it maybe 3 times a week to see results. Losing fat while gaining muscle and still seeing the scale tell me i was getting lighter was awesome. I knew it a matter of time, if I kept it up, the results would kick in....Probably after the first month, people around me started to take note (I didn't even realize anything yet!) and throwing me a compliment every now and then.
